Orders can be placed from anywhere, but orders can only be paid for in US dollars, and may only be shipped to addresses within the continental United States.

We provide tracking information on all orders. Tracking data is provided directly from the carrier so you can track your package the entire way. Upon delivery, the tracking will show the package marked as “DELIVERED” by the carrier.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the ScentAir Customer Care team and we will work with you to submit a claim with the carrier.

Shipping is free for all overs over $75 in the United States. If your order is under $75, shipping is $5. For Canada, Shipping is $40 on all orders.

The ScentAir Whisper HOME & PRO uses our patented dry air technology to provide consistent diffusion all month long. There are three easy ways you can customize and control the ScentAir Whisper HOME: manually, via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi using and the ScentAir smartphone app. For an in-depth look at how your diffuser works, please refer to your machine's user guide.

The ScentAir smartphone app can be used to connect and control your ScentAir Whisper HOME via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. You will need to use the app for the advanced scheduling and Google or Alexa features.

Bluetooth is the easiest connection option, best for quick, one-to-one device controls when you are close to your device (~15 feet or closer). Bluetooth allows for up to 6 different schedules.

Wi-Fi connectivity allows you to control your device(s) from anywhere, even when you are away. Wi-Fi connection is also required to enable the more advanced Google & Alexa voice features. Wi-Fi allows for up to 14 different schedules.

Just about anywhere will work! We recommend a level surface centrally located for even fragrance coverage. Whisper-quiet diffusion allows for placement anywhere, while flexible, vertical, or horizontal placement options make the ScentAir Whisper HOME easy to incorporate into your everyday living spaces.

The ScentAir Whisper HOME Cartridges work with the ScentAir Whisper HOME diffuser and ScentAir Essence Diffuser. The ScentAir Whisper PRO Cartridges work with the ScentAir Whisper PRO Diffuser and ScentAir Whisper MAX Diffuser.

Users can schedule unique Scent Events with different intensities and modify scheduled Events.

Scent Event - The moment(s) when the fragrance is diffused. You can set an Event by choosing the Occurrence (the range of time your machine will run), Day(s) of the Week, and Frequency your machine will run.

Frequency - Controls the fragrance intensity during a Scent Event. There are 3 options to select from: Low, Medium, and High. Greater frequency means greater fragrance intensity.

You can program up to 6 Events via Bluetooth and 14 Events via Wi-Fi. Events can be set to occur on multiple days of the week. You can always add, delete, review, or change your event schedule.

Create a New Scent Event:

Tap Schedule from the menu at the bottom of your screen.

Tap the + in the top right-hand corner.

Select your settings for Occurrence, Day(s) of the Week, and Frequency.

Tap Save.



All fragrance cartridges are designed to last up to 30 days, running up to 10 hours per day. But the exact lifespan of a cartridge can vary depending on the fragrance and the intensity level you’ve chosen on your diffuser.

All ScentAir cartridges are plastic sealed before shipping. With this plastic protection in place, cartridges can last up to 6 months.

Due to the nature of these fragrance products, all sales are final. We recommend purchasing a fragrance sample before selecting a cartridge (the sample includes a discount code for $5 off your next purchase too!).



Yes! You can skip or cancel your subscription at any time. Visit Manage My Subscription in your account to update your preferences before your next fulfillment date.

You can subscribe to as many scents as you like. Choose as few or as many as you want.

You can easily customize your subscription by choosing your delivery frequency and the number of cartridges you receive.

Yes! Customize your subscription by choosing 3 as your quantity and your shipping frequency as every 3 months. This subscription allows you to have scent every month with the fewest number of shipments, so you keep your carbon footprint down.

Yes, all subscription boxes are shipped free. You can save even more on shipping by adding other purchases to your subscription delivery.

Absolutely! You can update your frequency anytime. New address? No problem. Just update your account info.

Points are earned with every purchase. Every 1 dollar spent earns 1 point. Achieving higher tiers allows earning more points for every dollar spent. Every 100 points you receive $5 off.

Moving up in tiers allows you to earn even more points. Middle tier has an earning multiplier of 1.25 points for every dollar spent. Top tier has an earning multiplier of 1.5 points for every dollar spent.

The Base tier is achieved when you first create or sign into your account. Being a base tier member earns you 1 point for every dollar spent. Being in this tier also allows you to earn points for your birthday and ScentAir anniversary.

Middle tier is achieved after spending $300 each year. Being a Middle Member earns you 1.25 points for every dollar spent. Along with exclusive bonus point days, access to exclusive promotions and a reward for leveling up to a Middle Member.

Top tier is achieved after spending $600 each year. Being a Top Member earns you 1.50 points for every dollar spent. You will receive another level up reward and access member only giveaways for Top Members only.

When running a campaign for increased point multiplier the point amount will stay the same for refer a friend, unless otherwise stated.



Great question! You can share your referral link on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Email, Text, WhatsApp and anywhere else you feel will get engagement. The more friends that use your referral link the more points you will earn for future purchases.
